The Chinese regulator TENAA recently released photos revealing the battery capacity of the iPhone 12 Pro Max, which shows that this year's flagship battery is even smaller than last year.

Last week, Apple unveiled a new series of smartphones, the iPhone 12 family. As you know, the company is not interested in providing details about the RAM and battery of its phones and focuses most of its maneuvers on its performance. However, this information and its exact number are of particular interest to users.

Last week, AnTuTu and Geekbench benchmarks were released for the iPhone 12 series, indicating that performance improvements were not as significant as the previous generation.

Additionally, the iPhone 12 and 12 Mini are found to have 4GB of RAM and the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max have 6GB of RAM. Now, thanks to the listing released by the Chinese regulator TENAA, the iPhone 12 Pro Max battery capacity has also been confirmed.

The largest iPhone this year has a battery with a capacity of 3687 mAh, which is 282 mAh less than the iPhone 11 Pro Max with a battery of 3,969 mAh. In Tana's regulatory list, only the battery capacity of this phone has been published, but Vodafone in the Netherlands has taken on the issue of other models of this phone.

Thus, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro have a battery with a capacity of 2815 mAh, and the iPhone 12 Mini has a battery of 2227 mAh.

Despite smaller numbers compared to last year's iPhones, Apple claims that these batteries perform the same as last year, thanks to the A14 5nm chipset, which has improved power consumption.
